Privacy Policy

The Lifecycle charity bike ride values the privacy of our participants and volunteers. We protect your personal details at all costs. And do not sell or give them away to other parties.

All information collected is used in-house only for the purposes of the bike ride each year.

The information is used when participants/volunteers, are purchasing items, delivery of said items and the bike ride every October.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if for some reason you are unable to do the ride ie (extenuating circumstances) or items purchased are the incorrect size etc.

Lifecycle will not be held responsible if items are ordered in-correctly at the time of purchase.

Always double check sizing when ordering items.

Refunds will not be given for Bike tops ordered as these are ordered 8 weeks before the ride, each year.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services tax).
